Live jazz fills the room from 6pm, and suddenly it's not just another weeknight. It's the kind of evening that unfolds slowly - wine in hand, pasta worth savouring, and music that makes you forget to check the time.

• Homemade rosemary & maldon sea salt focaccia, caramelised aged balsamic, extra virgin olive oil
• Burrata, zucchini, lemon vinaigrette, shallot & herb-infused olive oil, roasted pistachio
• Baked mussels, grana padano, vino bianco, garlic
• Pasta del giorno
• Lemon sorbet, kaffir lime dust, lemon balm

• Sydney rock oyster, mignonette - $6 each
• Battered zucchini flower, truffle pecorino, blossom honey - $10 each
