CLASSIC
Mille Vini’s new menu has a strong emphasis on classic recipes from all Italian regions, with handcrafted pasta. Some of our signature dishes include poached octopus salad, battered zucchini flower, truffle pecorino with blossom honey and a selection of freshly made crostini stracciatella.
WINE
Just as the name suggests, Mille Vini has an extensive wine concept, with a focus on local producers with Italian varieties and new emerging Italian wines. The cocktail list is adventurous and fun, featuring classics and utilising fresh and seasonal ingredients to suit the food offering. A simply stunning venue with a private dining area and large group booking capabilities.
